After taking a reasonable amount of time for testing (about 3 weeks), we have come to final conclusions. As people are obviously waiting, we are publishing the ranking charts right now, while detailed results and download links for individual maps will be added tomorrow. For now, we would like to congratulate the winners, and those who didn't make it: Heads up, all of the submitted maps made sense, and we believe that all of the mappers should move on and take this as an experience - do not feel discouraged. The jury members had to make decisions and compare the maps within each category. Rankings of this kind are in any case subjective.


THE RATING CRITERIA
VISUALS The overall visual quality of the map.
ARCHITECTURE How realistic and believable do the buildings and the infrastructure look?
GAMEPLAY How smooth is the gameplay? How much sense does it make in the given gametype?
ATMOSPHERE What is the atmosphere like in terms of sound and lighting?
ORIGINALITY Is this new, or have we seen this before?
TECHNICAL SKILL Use of textures, brush work, compile.
PROFESSIONALITY How close does the map get to professional works.

Individual jury ratings for each criterium were averaged, the average of these ratings led to the overall rating. So, without further ado, here's the final ranking charts...
